QUALIFICATIONSAND EXPERIENCE 任職資格與經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求:

· Degree ofVeterinary Medicine from an accredited veterinary college. Advanced degree (MSor PhD) preferred.

· Proficientspeaking and writing skills in both Chinese and English.

良好的中英文讀寫能力。

· Minimum 3 yearsof experience in pig production. Minimum 8 years of experience in swinemedicine (biosecurity and disease control and elimination). Some Internationalexperience work with foreign experts is preferred.

至少兩年的種豬生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。至少8年種豬醫(yī)學(xué)(生物安全和疾病控制與消除)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有與外國(guó)專家合作的國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

· Highly awareof the pig disease risks and has the business sense. Experience in disease diagnosis,control and elimination, for example, MH, PRRS control and PED elimination.

· Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, organizational, leadership skills and teammanagement experience. Hasexperience in empowering and managing highly effective teams andbe able to perform hands-on field health tasks. Great networking with third party veterinary diagnostic laboratoriesand opinion leaders of pig industry.

具有良好的溝通能力、人際關(guān)系、組織能力、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。擁有賦能和高效管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，同時(shí)也具備現(xiàn)場(chǎng)執(zhí)行健康管理任務(wù)的能力。與第三方獸醫(yī)診斷實(shí)驗(yàn)室有良好的交流和合作，并且成為行業(yè)的意見領(lǐng)袖。

· Ability to communicateand influence all levels of production systems (owners, GM, directors,production managers, technicians, nutritionists, veterinarians). Ability toinfluence internal and external stakeholders to achieve high performance. Goodcharacter and reputation in the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES 崗位職責(zé):

· Mange healthservice team to implement the Health Assurance Program that protects PIC PN and customers’ herds:

管理健康服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)以實(shí)施健康保障計(jì)劃，保護(hù)PIC核心場(chǎng)和客戶的豬群：

1. Monitor the health and surveillanceprogram for specific PIC’s PN herd,multipliers, customer farms. 監(jiān)控特定PIC核心場(chǎng)、擴(kuò)繁場(chǎng)、客戶豬場(chǎng)的健康。

2. Perform risk assessments of the PICmultiplication flows and propose risk mitigation strategies.

對(duì)PIC擴(kuò)繁客戶豬流進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估，并提出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)緩解策略。

3. Actively participate in health-relateddata collection, organization and analysis.

積極參與健康相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的收集、整理和分析。

· Represent PIC and provide science-basedinformation to the scientific community through national and internationalprofessional venues.

通過國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際養(yǎng)豬行業(yè)會(huì)議提供基于科學(xué)的信息。

· Establish effective professionalrelationships with customers and key production personnel to enable PIC accountobjectives and product performance.

與客戶和關(guān)鍵生產(chǎn)人員建立有效的專業(yè)關(guān)系，以實(shí)現(xiàn)PIC客戶目標(biāo)和產(chǎn)品性能。

· Work with customers to maximize production performance and geneticpotential of PIC products within customers’ herds.

· Perform assessment of PIC PN and customers’ herds to generatebest-practice recommendations aiming to mitigate risk of diseaseintroduction-dissemination and to improve herd health. Manage the diseaseoutbreaks whenever they occur and communicate with different stakeholders.

對(duì)PIC 核心場(chǎng)和客戶的豬群進(jìn)行健康評(píng)估，提出最佳實(shí)踐建議，以降低疾病傳播風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，改善豬群健康。一旦有疫情發(fā)生時(shí)，可以與不同層級(jí)負(fù)責(zé)人溝通豬群健康狀況。

· Remain current in areas ofresponsibility through establishing a network of industry and academiccontacts, attending scientific/industry meetings to gain knowledge and experiences.
